How to add ISU for an Integration?

Step 1: Select the integration link's related action by clicking it. Navigate to "Workday Account" and select "Edit".

Step 2: Once you have selected "Edit", a micropage will appear where you can choose your preferred ISU. After making your selection, click "OK" to proceed.


How to make the schedule is owned by ISU?

Step 1: Select the integration link's related action, and select the "Reports" and then "Scheduled Future Processes".

Step 2: Before proceeding, please confirm that the desired integration has been selected. Once verified, click the "OK" button to proceed.

Step 3: After clicking the "OK" button, you will be directed to schedule a future process. In the specific row, select the related action for values in the "Schedule Process" column, Go to "Schedule Future Process" and select "Transfer Ownership".

Step 4: After selecting "Transfer Ownership," you will be directed to another page where you can choose the "ISU" for that particular scheduled process. Then click the "OK" button to proceed.


How to make an integration template deprecated?

Step 1: Select the integration link's related action. Next, navigate to "Deployments" and select "Mark Instance as Do Not Use."


How to create schedule for an integration?

Step 1: Select the integration link's related action and choose "Integration" from the menu that appears. Next, click on "Launch/Schedule" to proceed.

Step 2: After selecting "Launch/Schedule," you will be directed to a micropage where you can enter the "Run Frequency." Be sure to fill out all required fields before clicking "OK." Once you have added all the necessary details, click "OK" to proceed as shown in the image below.


How to know the integration status?

Step 1: Select the integration link's related action, click on it and choose "Integration System." Next, select "Integration Events" to proceed.

Step 2: Before proceeding, please confirm that the desired integration has been selected. Once verified, click the "OK" button to proceed.

Step 3: This page displays a summary of each integration event's details, including the event's status, such as whether it was successfully completed or not.
